Denise has over 25 years business experience in Training and Development, Management, Education, Sales and Financial Services. She has held both field and corporate positions working with teams and individuals across organizations to attract, develop and retain top talent. Denise is a master facilitator and developer of training programs who is passionate about helping others achieve their potential. She holds several certifications as a Training and Development professional and two industry designations. Denise has trained, coached and empowered thousands of producers and leaders in developing their careers.
As a Ken Blanchard Channel Partner, Everything DiSC Partner, certified John Maxwell Trainer, Finseca (formerly GAMA International) Facilitator and Coach, Denise works to combine knowledge, learning and best practices to achieve results.

Kennedy is a licensed insurance agent with over 15 years experience in helping clients achieve financial goals. He is also certified by the National Institute of Corrections in Workforce Development with 17 years experience in program development in Correctional Facilities, and business development in the community.
